A Recovery Coach/Addiction Counselor is a specialized recovery professional who works with clients on a close, personal basis. Lisa offers guidance and support to individuals  who need a helping hand navigating early sobriety, recovering from a relapse, or simply concerned about your current situation or help for a loved one is struggling with substances, help is available.

  I teach clients how to manage triggers, cravings, and high-risk situations to prevent relapse.

  Counselors assist clients in developing essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and stress management.

  I work with clients to develop relapse prevention plans, identify potential triggers, and build strategies for managing cravings and difficult situations.
